AHU is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented SME RF Engineer / IBW Consultant at a senior level to join our professional team in the District of Columbia. As a senior consultant, you will be responsible for the design and optimization of In-Building Wireless systems, ensuring all technical requirements are met with precision. Key Requirements

Proven experience as an RF Engineer specializing in IBW solutions. Proficiency with industry-standard software such as iBwave for design and modeling. Senior-level expertise in Distributed Antenna Systems (DAS) and Small Cell technology. Ability to perform comprehensive onsite RF site surveys and data collection. Strong understanding of 4G, 5G, and public safety wireless standards. Excellent technical writing skills for consulting reports and project documentation. Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex interference and coverage issues. Capacity to manage multiple project timelines and deliverables effectively. Professional certifications in RF engineering or specific hardware platforms. Willingness to work onsite and collaborate with cross-functional technical teams.
