Zurkt is seeking a dedicated Training Specialist to join our team in Mfinga. Key Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Education or a related field
3 to 5 years of professional experience in Training
Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
High professional and ethical standards
Good physical health
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Highly approachable and engaging personality
Experience in curriculum design and development
Ability to assess training effectiveness
Knowledge of adult learning principles
