Key Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in HR or Administration Management
3 to 5 years of experience in HR or Administration
Thorough familiarity with Tanzania Labor Law
Adherence to high professional standards
Strict maintenance of personnel confidentiality
General physical health and wellness
Strong communication and leadership skills
Approachable and empathetic personality
Experience in conflict resolution and mediation
Knowledge of HRIS and payroll systems
