HR SUPERVISOR @ ZURKT
Zurkt is seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Supervisor to join our growing team in Dar es Salaam. This role is critical for overseeing human resources operations, managing recruitment processes, and ensuring full compliance with Tanzanian labor laws while fostering a positive and productive work environment for all employees. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in a supervisory capacity and a background with SUNDA International or BOIDAE. In this position, you will be responsible for leading the HR department, mentoring staff, and implementing strategic HR initiatives that align with the company's broader business goals. You will oversee performance management, employee relations, and the development of internal policies. Key Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of HR working experience.
At least 3 years of HR management/supervisory experience.
Strong knowledge of recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and labor laws.
Experience with SUNDA International or BOIDAE is highly preferred.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Proficiency in HR Information Systems (HRIS) and payroll software applications.
Ability to develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies and initiatives.
Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills for handling staff grievances.
High level of integrity and the ability to maintain strict confidentiality of employee records.
