Key Requirements
Proven experience in a retail environment or similar customer-facing role.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact with diverse airport travelers.
Ability to operate point-of-sale (POS) systems and handle cash/card transactions accurately.
Flexibility to work in shifts, including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays.
Basic knowledge of inventory management and stock replenishment techniques.
Ability to maintain a clean and organized storefront at all times.
Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere.
Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus for an airport setting.
Physical stamina to stand for long periods and handle merchandise or light lifting.
High level of integrity, reliability, and punctuality.
