Key Requirements
Previous experience as a barista or in a high-volume cafe environment.
Proficiency in operating professional espresso machines and coffee grinders.
Knowledge of various coffee brewing methods and standard beverage recipes.
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and outgoing personality.
Ability to work quickly and efficiently under pressure during peak airport hours.
High standards for cleanliness and strict adherence to food safety regulations.
Strong multitasking skills to handle orders and beverage preparation simultaneously.
Ability to manage inventory of milk, coffee beans, and other supplies as needed.
Punctuality and reliability for shift-based work in a 24/7 airport environment.
Basic math skills for processing payments and providing correct change.
