We are seeking a dedicated Financial Analyst to join our finance team in the UAE. The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of professional experience across diverse sectors such as real estate, banking, and consulting. The role requires a strong analytical mindset and the ability to contribute to strategic decision-making through high-level financial planning, budgeting, and performance analysis to drive business growth. The position demands proficiency in MIS and financial reporting in strict accordance with IFRS standards. Candidates should be experienced in cash flow management, forecasting, and ERP implementation, with specific knowledge of the Odoo platform being highly advantageous. Expertise in business analysis, financial modeling, VAT compliance, and internal controls is essential to maintaining financial integrity and operational efficiency within the organization.
Key Requirements
Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in financial analysis or accounting roles.
Broad experience working within the real estate, banking, or consulting sectors.
Demonstrated expertise in financial planning and comprehensive budgeting processes.
Proven track record in managing cash flow and performing detailed financial forecasting.
In-depth knowledge of MIS and financial reporting compliant with IFRS standards.
Hands-on experience with ERP systems, specifically implementation and reporting in Odoo.
Advanced skills in business analysis and the development of complex financial models.
Thorough understanding of UAE VAT compliance and the implementation of internal controls.
Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance or a related field.
Status as a CFA Level 1 Candidate or possession of an equivalent professional certification.
