Key Requirements
Experience managing professional social media accounts on all major platforms.
Creative content creation skills including writing and basic graphic design.
Knowledge of social media analytics and performance reporting tools.
Understanding of digital marketing trends and consumer behavior in Tanzania.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to engage with and grow an online community effectively.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Degree in Marketing, Communications, or Public Relations.
Experience with social media scheduling and management tools.
Ability to stay updated with social media platform algorithms and features.
