COMMERCIAL LEASING CONSULTANT / EXECUTIVE @ ZEK GROUP
ZEK Group is seeking a dynamic Commercial Leasing Consultant / Executive to join their team during a significant period of growth and restructuring in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania. The primary focus of this role is to drive occupancy rates by identifying and negotiating with prospective tenants for various commercial properties. This is a short-term contract or freelance engagement, ideal for professionals who thrive in a target-oriented environment and possess a deep understanding of the retail and commercial leasing landscape. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the leasing process from initial contact to final agreement, with a particular emphasis on shopping malls and mixed-use developments. Key Requirements
Proven track record in retail or commercial leasing.
