Key Requirements
Certificate or Diploma in Food and Beverage Service or a relevant discipline
At least 2 years of professional experience in a waiter or bartender role
Proficiency in preparing a wide range of beverages and serving gourmet cuisine
Excellent verbal communication skills and a professional demeanor
Commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and service quality
Ability to multi-task and manage high guest volumes effectively
Strong teamwork skills and a positive, helpful attitude
Knowledge of point-of-sale (POS) systems for order processing
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends
Demonstrated ability to handle guest feedback constructively and professionally
