Key Requirements
Bachelor degree in finance, business, accounting or economics
Self-motivated and independent working
Willing to handle young students appropriately
Working experience of at least two years in an institution or company
Matured with satisfactory customer oriented skills
Proficiency in using financial management software and Microsoft Excel
Strong understanding of loan processing and debt recovery procedures
Ability to maintain strict confidentiality regarding student financial data
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Swahili
Attention to detail and high level of accuracy in financial reporting
