The Zanzibar College of Health and Technology is hiring a Land Management, Valuation & Registration Tutor. This unique role focuses on training students in the principles of land administration, real estate valuation, and property registration processes. The tutor will impart knowledge on legal frameworks, land documentation, and the technical aspects of land surveying and appraisal.
As a tutor, you will be expected to prepare rigorous academic materials and manage students in both theory and practical training. You will help students understand the complexities of land tenure, valuation methodologies, and the role of registration in economic development. Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Land Management, Valuation, or a related field
Professional registration with relevant land or surveying boards
At least 2 years of experience in property valuation or land administration
Master's degree in Land Economics or Management is an advantage
Knowledge of national land laws and registration procedures
Competency in technical valuation software or tools
Excellent communication and teaching skills
Ability to develop engaging case study-based curriculum
Strong analytical and organizational skills
Professionalism and adherence to academic regulations
