CLINICAL MEDICINE TUTOR (2 POSITIONS) @ ZANZIBAR COLLEGE OF HEALTH AND TECHNOLOGY
Zanzibar College of Health and Technology is seeking a Clinical Medicine Tutor to educate and mentor medical students. The tutor will be responsible for teaching essential medical knowledge, diagnostic reasoning, and management protocols for common illnesses. The focus will be on bridging the gap between clinical science and practice, preparing students for work in primary healthcare settings.
Your duties include conducting ward rounds, facilitating case-based learning seminars, and evaluating student clinical competencies. Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Clinical Medicine
Current clinical registration or license
At least 2 years of clinical practice or medical education experience
Master's degree in Clinical Medicine or Public Health is a bonus
Strong diagnostic and therapeutic knowledge
Exceptional teaching and interpersonal skills
Experience in clinical supervision of students
Commitment to high standards of medical practice
Ability to prepare and deliver professional lecture materials
Fluency in clinical English and Swahili
