CLINICAL DENTISTRY INSTRUCTOR (2 POSITIONS) @ ZANZIBAR COLLEGE OF HEALTH AND TECHNOLOGY
The Zanzibar College of Health and Technology is looking for a skilled Clinical Dentistry Instructor to join our faculty. The instructor will teach clinical dental practices, supervise student dental procedures, and ensure that all clinical training adheres to the highest standards of safety and care. You will play a pivotal role in training students to manage common dental conditions and perform routine procedures under supervision.
This position requires someone with a passion for clinical education and practical skill demonstration. The candidate will work closely with other department members to ensure that the dental curriculum remains relevant and rigorous. You will also participate in student assessments, providing constructive feedback to support their development as confident dental practitioners ready for the field.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Dentistry or a recognized clinical dental discipline
Current professional registration or valid license to practice
At least 2 years of practical experience in a clinical or academic setting
Master's degree in a relevant dental specialty is a strong advantage
Proficiency in clinical procedures and patient management
Strong commitment to high ethical and professional standards
Excellent communication and teaching abilities
Ability to maintain comprehensive student records and assessments
Knowledge of current oral health research and advancements
Willingness to mentor students in clinical environments
