Zanzibar Collection is looking for a dedicated Food & Beverage Assistant Manager to join the team at Breezes Beach Club & Spa. This role involves assisting the F&B Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional guest dining experiences, and managing a diverse team of hospitality professionals. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining high service standards, optimizing departmental efficiency, and contributing to the overall success of the resort's culinary offerings.
In addition to operational management, the Assistant Manager will play a key role in staff training and development, inventory control, and implementing cost-saving measures without compromising quality. This position requires a proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses strong leadership qualities to inspire the service team. Candidates will work closely with other departments to ensure seamless coordination and a memorable experience for all visitors to Zanzibar.
