A professional position is available for a Trilingual Translator and Product Localization Specialist to bridge the communication gap between headquarters and regional operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for precise translation of product interfaces, promotional materials, and complex operational documentation to ensure seamless user experiences across different markets.
Beyond translation, this role involves providing real-time interpretation during business meetings, training sessions, and regulatory discussions. You will be expected to maintain high linguistic standards, cultural relevance, and strict confidentiality while managing multilingual terminology glossaries and performing quality assurance checks on live digital platforms.

Key Requirements
Professional proficiency in Mandarin Chinese, English, and the relevant local language.
Minimum of two years in translation, localization, or professional interpretation.
Experience with website, mobile app, or digital product localization.
Demonstrated ability to perform consecutive interpretation during meetings.
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain consistent terminology.
Proficiency with office productivity software like spreadsheets and communication tools.
Deep understanding of local cultural nuances and consumer behavior in Zambia.
Ability to work effectively with international and cross-functional teams.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in all three working languages.
Strong organizational skills for managing multiple translation projects simultaneously.
