COMMERCIAL & CORPORATE AFFAIRS OFFICER – 1 POST @ ZAMBIA CARGO AND LOGISTICS LIMITED
The Commercial & Corporate Affairs Officer will be a key member of the ZCL team, responsible for enhancing the brand visibility and market presence of our regional logistics services. This role entails assisting in the development and execution of diverse marketing campaigns across digital, print, and social media platforms. You will coordinate with external vendors and agencies to ensure the timely production and delivery of marketing materials while monitoring campaign performance to recommend strategic improvements.
Located in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania, this role is ideal for a communications professional with experience in the logistics or transportation industry. You will manage corporate affairs, handle content creation, and utilize CRM systems to maintain client relationships. Key Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Communications.
2–4 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably within logistics.
Proven experience in digital marketing and multi-channel campaign management.
Strong proficiency in content creation and social media management.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Expertise in using marketing software and CRM systems.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Creative thinking and the ability to solve complex marketing challenges.
Experience coordinating with external marketing agencies and vendors.
Ability to analyze marketing metrics and report on campaign performance.
