Key Requirements
3+ Years of experience in cost accounting within a manufacturing environment.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Demonstrated expertise in manufacturing costing and variance analysis.
Proven ability to prepare production MIS and detailed profitability reports.
Strong skills in inventory control and budgeting processes.
Competence in conducting energy and machine efficiency analysis.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
Extensive experience working with ERP systems.
Background in the steel or plastic manufacturing industries is highly preferred.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
