QUALITY ASSURANCE MANAGER @ YRCS
As the Quality Assurance Manager based in Nairobi, Kenya, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing quality systems within a high-paced manufacturing environment. Your primary focus will be implementing and maintaining a robust Quality Management System (QMS) that aligns with FSSC and QSA standards. You will drive continuous improvement initiatives, manage comprehensive product risk assessments, and ensure that all production processes comply strictly with food safety regulations and industry benchmarks.

You will also handle customer feedback and utilize analytical insights to enhance product quality and brand reputation. This position offers a monthly budget of USD 2,500 and requires a detail-oriented professional with strong leadership capabilities to uphold the company's commitment to excellence and safety in manufacturing.

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Science, Engineering, or Manufacturing.
Master’s degree or professional certifications in Quality Management (preferred).
Proven experience in a QA leadership role within a manufacturing environment.
In-depth knowledge of FSSC (Food Safety System Certification) standards.
Strong expertise in QSA (Quality System Assessment) and general quality management systems.
Ability to lead, manage, and mentor a diverse Quality Assurance team effectively.
Experience in conducting product risk assessments and implementing mitigation strategies.
Proficiency in reviewing KPIs and analyzing customer feedback for quality improvement.
Comprehensive understanding of food safety regulations and compliance requirements.
Strong analytical skills with a high degree of attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent communication skills to report findings to senior management.
Ability to work in a high-pressure manufacturing environment.
