FACTORY OPERATIONS ENGINEER @ YRCS
We are seeking a highly experienced Factory Operations Engineer to oversee the end-to-end operations of our fish processing facility. This senior-level role is responsible for managing all technical and processing systems, including cold chain logistics and fish meal production, to ensure maximum operational efficiency and high-quality output throughout the production cycle.
The successful candidate will be tasked with operating and maintaining SUVAC and Kagano processing lines within the facility. This role requires a robust technical background to troubleshoot complex machinery and optimize processing workflows. You will lead the operational team to adhere to strict safety protocols and production schedules, ensuring the facility meets international standards in fish processing and export quality.

Key Requirements
Minimum of 20 years of professional experience in factory or industrial operations.
Demonstrated expertise in managing end-to-end operations of fish processing facilities.
Proficiency in overseeing complex cold chain systems and refrigeration logistics.
Hands-on experience in fish meal production and processing byproduct optimization.
Specific technical ability to operate and maintain SUVAC processing lines.
Specific technical ability to operate and maintain Kagano processing lines.
Proven track record of managing end-to-end processing systems and workflows.
Strong leadership skills with experience managing large facility teams.
Comprehensive understanding of food safety regulations and industrial compliance.
Advanced problem-solving skills related to machine performance and process flow.
