Key Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Public Relations, Communications, or Journalism
Fluency in both English and Swahili
Strong analytical capabilities
Excellent presentation skills
Over 10 years of experience in Public Relations or corporate communications
Proven track record in managing crisis communication
Demonstrated success in press relations
Experience working with multinational or regional organizations
Ability to design and execute effective communication campaigns
Strategic approach to strengthening organizational reputation
