Key Requirements
8–15 years of professional experience in finance or accounting roles.
Deep industry experience in mining, metals, or heavy industrial sectors.
Proven track record in driving financial reporting and budgeting processes.
Strong exposure to project-based or site-level finance operations.
Advanced proficiency in ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.
Experience managing multi-country operations and complex financial structures.
Strong knowledge of statutory and tax requirements specific to the mining sector.
Ability to manage working capital and strengthen internal financial controls.
Excellent communication skills for partnering with site and corporate teams.
Prior experience working within Africa is highly advantageous.
Professional certification such as CPA, ACCA, or CA is preferred.
