YAYA Resources is seeking skilled Tipper Operators to join our dynamic mining team. This role involves operating heavy-duty tipper trucks to transport mined materials across our site at NEW-LUIKA. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in our logistics chain, ensuring that materials are moved efficiently and safely while adhering to strict mine safety protocols and standard operating procedures.
Candidates must be committed to maintaining high productivity levels and contributing to our 'Dream Team' culture. You will be expected to work collaboratively with other site personnel and maintain the equipment in good working order. Flexibility is required to relocate to various mine sites across Tanzania as business needs evolve.

Key Requirements
Certificate or equivalent qualification for Tipper operation
Minimum 3 years of experience in the mining or construction industry
Valid driving license with heavy machinery endorsement
Strong understanding of site safety regulations
Proven ability to operate tipper trucks in rugged terrain
Basic knowledge of mechanical maintenance and inspection
Good communication skills and ability to work in a team
Physical fitness for manual tasks and long shift hours
Adherence to Standard Operating Procedures
Ability to relocate to various mine sites
