SITE INSPECTOR (SUPERVISOR) @ YAYA RESOURCES COMPANY LIMITED
We are seeking proactive Site Inspectors to act as Supervisors for our mining projects. In this role, you will oversee daily operations, monitor staff performance, ensure safety compliance, and maintain productivity levels in alignment with our expectations. You will act as a bridge between management and field crews.
Your primary focus will be to ensure that operations at the NEW-LUIKA site and other regional projects run smoothly. You will be responsible for report writing, site audits, and ensuring that all personnel follow the established Standard Operating Procedures to maintain our commitment to quality and safety.

Key Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Mining Engineering or related field
Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in mining or construction
Strong leadership and decision-making skills
In-depth knowledge of safety regulations and mining policies
Proficiency in reporting and administrative site management
Ability to train and mentor site staff
Strong organizational and planning capabilities
Effective communication skills in English and Swahili
Commitment to delivering value and quality service
Willingness to work on-site at various company project locations
