MAINTENANCE SCHEDULER (1 POSITION) @ YAYA RESOURCES COMPANY LIMITED
YAYA Resources is hiring a Maintenance Scheduler to manage the day-to-day coordination of our maintenance tasks at the Singida mine. This role involves maintaining the maintenance schedule, coordinating with operations for machine access, and ensuring all planned maintenance activities are executed timely.
You will play a key role in ensuring that maintenance activities do not conflict with production targets while maintaining strict adherence to safety standards. Your ability to communicate effectively between maintenance and operations teams will be key to the success of this role.

Key Requirements
Degree or Diploma in a related field
At least 3 years of experience in a maintenance scheduling role
Proficiency in scheduling software and resource management
Excellent attention to detail and ability to multi-task
Ability to bridge the communication between maintenance and operations
Solid understanding of mining operations and productivity requirements
Commitment to high safety and quality standards
Flexibility to work at Singida and other sites as needed
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
Willingness to learn and implement YAYA internal SOPs
