MAINTENANCE PLANNER (1 POSITION) @ YAYA RESOURCES COMPANY LIMITED
We are seeking a Maintenance Planner to optimize our maintenance workflows at the Singida project site. This role focuses on the detailed planning of preventative and corrective maintenance tasks for our mining equipment fleet, ensuring that the right resources are available at the right time.
You will work closely with the maintenance team to analyze equipment data, schedule repairs, and minimize downtime. Your role is vital for aligning maintenance activities with production goals and company Standard Operating Procedures, ensuring that we deliver on our promises to clients.

Key Requirements
Degree or Diploma in Engineering or Maintenance Management
Minimum 3 years of experience in maintenance planning within the mining industry
Strong understanding of CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems)
Ability to analyze equipment failure data and optimize schedules
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Knowledge of mining equipment life cycles and maintenance best practices
Strong familiarity with safety and environmental compliance
Ability to work in a challenging and fast-paced environment
Flexibility to relocate as required by company projects
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and planning software tools
