HME MECHANICS (3 POSITIONS) @ YAYA RESOURCES COMPANY LIMITED
We are seeking 3 experienced HME Mechanics to maintain our heavy mining equipment fleet. Based at our Singida site, the successful candidates will perform preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on various mining vehicles and machinery to ensure maximum uptime and operational efficiency.
This role requires a dedicated professional capable of working in a demanding mining environment. You will be responsible for diagnosing mechanical failures, performing field repairs, and ensuring that all maintenance activities are documented and aligned with safety and environmental standards established by YAYA Resources.

Key Requirements
Diploma or VETA equivalent in Heavy Mechanical Engineering
Minimum 3 years of experience in mining or heavy equipment maintenance
Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing hydraulic and engine systems
Ability to perform field repairs in remote mining environments
Strong understanding of preventative maintenance schedules
Compliance with strict occupational health and safety standards
Knowledge of Tanzanian mining and safety legislation
Excellent problem-solving and mechanical aptitude
Flexibility to relocate between different mine sites
Capacity to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
