Key Requirements
Certificate in Excavator Operation
At least 3 years of experience in professional operation
Competence in deep excavation and loading procedures
Strong understanding of mine site safety protocols
Daily maintenance and routine pre-start equipment checks
Ability to interpret technical site instructions
Excellent spatial awareness and coordination
Professional attitude towards work and site colleagues
Strong problem-solving skills in operation scenarios
Ability to travel to and work at different mine locations
