Key Requirements
Certificate or specialized training in operating Dozers
Minimum 3 years of heavy equipment operation experience
Solid understanding of mine safety and earthmoving best practices
Ability to follow detailed site plans and instructions
Strong spatial awareness and operational precision
Routine maintenance and daily inspection of equipment
Excellent record-keeping of daily operations
Capability to work in diverse weather and site conditions
Strong team orientation and communication skills
Flexibility to relocate between different mining project sites
