YAYA Resources is looking for a skilled Boiler Maker to join our maintenance team in Singida. The successful candidate will be responsible for the fabrication, installation, and repair of steel structures, tanks, and vessels essential for our mining operations.
You must have a strong technical background in welding and metal fabrication. The role involves working closely with the maintenance team to ensure all structural assets at the site are maintained to high safety and quality standards, supporting our goal of achieving operational excellence in a fast-paced mining environment.

Key Requirements
Trade Certificate or Diploma in Boiler Making or related field
At least 3 years of experience in heavy industrial or mining fabrication
Expertise in various welding techniques (MIG, TIG, Stick)
Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
Strong commitment to safety protocols and safe work practices
Experience working in remote mining site environments
Physical stamina and ability to work in confined spaces or at heights
Willingness to relocate to various mine sites as required
Demonstrated ability to meet project deadlines
High degree of accuracy in fabrication work
