YAYA RESOURCES COMPANY LIMITED is seeking 15 ADT Operators to join our growing mining team. The successful candidates will be stationed at our site in Singida, with the flexibility to relocate to other mine sites as project needs dictate. This role is crucial for ensuring efficient material transport and adherence to our high standards of safety and operational excellence.
Candidates will be responsible for operating Articulated Dump Trucks (ADTs) in a safe and productive manner, strictly following Standard Operating Procedures. You will contribute to our mission of providing high-quality mining services while ensuring compliance with Tanzanian government mining regulations and our company's internal safety policies.

Key Requirements
Certificate or equivalent qualification for ADT Operation
At least three years of experience in the Mining or Construction industry
Proven ability to operate Articulated Dump Trucks safely
Sound understanding of mining safety protocols and regulations
Ability to work in a developing country environment
Commitment to high standards of operational excellence
Ability to work at the Singida mine site and relocate as needed
Proficiency in following Standard Operating Procedures
Strong commitment to teamwork and productivity
