Yanyi Tanzania is currently recruiting a highly skilled Sales Manager to oversee our portfolio of Aluminium profiles, windows, and doors. This is a critical leadership role intended to drive business growth by identifying new market opportunities, managing client relationships, and leading a sales team toward achieving organizational targets. The role demands a candidate with extensive technical knowledge of the aluminum industry and the construction sector.
The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies, preparing detailed reports for management, and ensuring that the sales team remains motivated and productive. You will represent Yanyi Tanzania in negotiations with contractors, architects, and developers. The successful applicant will play a key role in maintaining our reputation for quality and excellence in the Tanzanian market.

Key Requirements
Bachelor degree holder in business, marketing or related field
5-10 years of experience in Aluminium Industry or construction materials
At least 2-3 years in managerial role
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Excellent leadership and team management abilities
Strong negotiation and persuasive communication skills
In-depth knowledge of aluminum profiles and window systems
Proficiency in sales reporting and CRM software
Ability to build and sustain long-term client relationships
Strategic thinking and strong problem-solving skills
