Xperteez Technology is actively hiring experienced Electrical & Controls Engineers for a large-scale industrial project in the United States. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on high-impact plant setup and transition into long-term operations post-commissioning. As part of a core project team, you will be responsible for setting up and commissioning plant equipment, connecting and integrating industrial machinery, and ensuring overall operational readiness for production. The compensation for this role is between $90,000 and $120,000 per year based on experience.
The role requires a transition into plant operations working in rotational shifts once the facility goes live. In addition to a competitive salary, the position offers relocation support of up to $5,000 and a full benefits package including Health Insurance, Paid Time Off (PTO), and a 401(k) retirement plan with up to a 4% company match. Key Requirements
Minimum of 3+ years experience in heavy industrial environments such as steel, petrochemical, mining, paper, or manufacturing.
Hands-on proficiency with PLC programming specifically using Allen-Bradley, Siemens, or Rockwell systems.
Strong technical knowledge of VFDs (Variable Frequency Drives) and motor drives.
Proven experience troubleshooting and working with 480V+ electrical systems.
Functional exposure to HMI and SCADA systems for industrial control.
Solid understanding and adherence to safety protocols including LOTO (Lockout/Tagout), arc flash, and confined space entry.
Willingness and ability to work in rotational shifts during the plant operations phase.
Capability to read and interpret complex electrical schematics and technical blueprints.
Experience in the installation, commissioning, and integration of large-scale industrial machinery.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for resolving electrical and control system issues.
Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary project team.
