CHINESE TRANSLATOR @ WORRK
We are seeking a professional Chinese Translator to bridge communication gaps within our industrial manufacturing environment. The successful candidate will facilitate smooth interactions between Chinese expatriate staff and local team members. You will be responsible for translating technical documents, verbal communications during meetings, and daily operational instructions.
The ideal candidate must be highly proficient in Chinese, English, and Swahili. You will work closely with factory management to ensure that cultural and linguistic nuances are addressed effectively. Experience in an industrial or factory setting is mandatory to understand the technical terminology used in our operations.

Key Requirements
Fluent in Chinese, English, and Swahili
Minimum 2 years of experience in an industrial setting
Experience with Chinese manufacturing companies
Excellent verbal and written translation skills
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
Ability to mediate between diverse teams
Punctuality and professionalism
Understanding of technical terminology
Good computer literacy
Adaptable to factory floor environments
