COMPLIANCE INTERN @ WORLD WIDE FUND FOR NATURE (WWF)
The Compliance Intern will work under the Compliance and Quality Assurance Manager to ensure institutional integrity and operational transparency. This position involves participating in internal project audits, evaluating the effectiveness of internal controls, and monitoring the performance of sub-grantees. The intern will contribute to assessing risks and documenting audit findings to improve organizational processes. By reviewing statutory compliance and maintaining rigorous quality standards, the intern will help foster a culture of accountability and transparency within the organization's regional projects.
Key Requirements
Degree in Accounting, Audit, Business, or Law
Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail
Understanding of risk assessment frameworks
Ability to perform systematic review of project documentation
Excellent report writing skills to document audit findings
Strong ethical standards and professional conduct
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
Understanding of statutory regulatory requirements
