Workproudtz is looking for two experienced Accountants to be based in our Morogoro office. This position requires a high level of accuracy and responsibility in managing financial transactions and ensuring the integrity of financial records. The candidates will be instrumental in maintaining the financial health of the company through diligent oversight, reporting, and adherence to accounting standards.

Key Requirements
At least three years of working experience in accounting or finance.
Solid knowledge of accounting and financial reporting principles.
Excellent knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel, for data analysis.
Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks or Tally.
Analytical mind with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills.
Meticulous attention to detail with the ability to multi-task.
Strong sense of professionalism and personal integrity.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
CPA or equivalent professional certification is highly an advantage.
In-depth understanding of local financial regulations and tax laws in Tanzania.
