AC TECHNICIAN (AIR CONDITIONING TECHNICIAN) @ WORKFORCE GROUP TANZANIA LTD
Workforce Group Tanzania Ltd is seeking a dedicated and skilled AC Technician to join our team. The primary purpose of this role is to ensure the optimal performance and comfort in all company facilities by installing, maintaining, repairing, and servicing air conditioning and refrigeration systems. This position is critical for upholding the operational efficiency and comfort of our environments.
Key responsibilities include performing routine maintenance, diagnosing and repairing faults in HVAC systems, checking and recharging refrigerant levels, and inspecting electrical components. The technician will also be responsible for installing various AC units, keeping detailed maintenance records, and responding promptly to emergency breakdowns, all while adhering to safety procedures and company standards.

Key Requirements
Certificate/Diploma in HVAC, Refrigeration, or a related field
Proven experience as an AC Technician
Strong knowledge of electrical systems and HVAC tools
Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and repair AC systems effectively
Good communication and teamwork skills
Ability to work efficiently under minimal supervision
Excellent track record with a positive attitude and a strong willingness to learn and adapt
Adherence to safety procedures and company standards in all tasks
Ability to accurately keep detailed maintenance records and service reports
Readiness to respond promptly to emergency breakdowns and resolve issues quickly
