Work Proud TZ is seeking a dedicated Human Resource Officer to join our team in Dar es Salaam. This role involves managing the complete employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and compliance with local labor laws. The ideal candidate will be a proactive individual capable of fostering a positive workplace culture and ensuring that all HR operations run smoothly.
In this position, you will be responsible for maintaining employee records, coordinating training programs, and assisting in the development of HR policies. You will work closely with department heads to identify staffing needs and facilitate the hiring process. Strong communication skills and a deep understanding of Tanzanian employment regulations are essential for success in this role.

Key Requirements
At least three years of working experience in Human Resources
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field
Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems)
Strong understanding of Tanzanian labor laws and regulations
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to manage recruitment and selection processes
Experience in employee relations and performance management
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Proficiency in MS Office Suite including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Ability to handle confidential information with high integrity
