Winston Staffing is currently seeking professional Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) for multiple school-based contract positions across several regions. These roles are critical in supporting the communication and educational development of students within various school districts. Potential work locations for these contract roles include the states of Alaska, Illinois, Texas, and Washington. The primary responsibilities for these positions include performing thorough assessments, identifying speech and language impairments, and developing personalized treatment plans. Selected candidates will participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings, work closely with educators and parents to monitor student progress, and ensure all services comply with local and federal educational standards. Professionals will be expected to maintain accurate records and collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary educational teams. Key Requirements

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited university program. Possession of or eligibility for state licensure in Alaska, Illinois, Texas, or Washington. Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association. Previous experience working within a school-based or pediatric clinical environment. Demonstrated ability to conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments. Strong knowledge of the Individualized Education Program (IEP) process and related documentation. Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with staff and families. Understanding of federal and state laws regarding special education services and IDEA. Competency in providing evidence-based therapy for diverse communication and swallowing disorders. Ability to manage a consistent caseload and maintain accurate student progress reports. Willingness to travel to assigned school locations within the contracted region. Capacity to work independently while contributing to a multidisciplinary educational team.
