Key Requirements
8-12 years of professional experience strictly within the Transport industry.
Proven experience managing at least 500 drivers.
Comprehensive knowledge of transportation industry labor laws and compliances.
Proficiency in HR information systems and employee record keeping.
Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a large, diverse workforce.
Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills.
Strong analytical abilities for performance reporting.
Capability to handle payroll, benefits, and contract administration.
Commitment to maintaining health and safety standards for the workforce.
Advanced degree or professional certification in Human Resource Management.
