VP OF HUMAN RESOURCES @ WINNING CAREER
We are looking for a VP of Human Resources to drive HR transformation and organizational development. This role is central to aligning HR operations with global business strategies. You will lead a team of HR professionals to deliver excellence in talent acquisition, workforce planning, and total rewards. Compensation: $100K – $350K+ per annum + executive benefits (role & region dependent).
In this role, you will oversee senior HR business partners and HR shared services. Your focus will be on creating a scalable HR infrastructure that supports rapid growth and innovation. You will be a key advisor to the executive team on all matters related to people and culture, ensuring that the organization remains a top employer of choice globally.

Key Requirements
At least 10 years of experience in senior HR management roles.
Extensive experience in HR operations and shared services.
Strong understanding of talent acquisition at the executive level.
Proven ability to manage total rewards and compensation programs.
Expertise in change management and organizational effectiveness.
Strong communication skills in both English and regional languages.
Experience in managing HR for multinational corporations.
Ability to lead and mentor a high-performing team of HR professionals.
Knowledge of HRIS implementation and data migration projects.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field such as Business or HR.
