Key Requirements
Over 12 years of experience in senior HR roles
Strong background in group-level HR management
Proven ability to drive large-scale organizational change
Expertise in Canadian and international labor relations
Detailed knowledge of executive compensation and rewards
Experience implementing HR technology solutions globally
Strong commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion
Excellent strategic thinking and analytical capabilities
Superior communication skills for board-level reporting
