FINANCIAL ACCOUNTANT @ WINBILL SHOP
WinBill Shop is currently seeking a highly skilled and diligent Financial Accountant to join their team in Mbezi Temboni, Dar es Salaam. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all financial operations, including robust cash management, inventory control, regulatory compliance, and the preparation of timely, accurate financial reports. This role plays a critical part in ensuring the shop's financial health while supporting day-to-day operations.
In addition to standard accounting duties, the Financial Accountant will provide leadership support in the absence of the Shop Manager and offer technical guidance to shop-floor staff. Key Requirements
A degree from a recognized college or university in Tanzania.
CPA qualification preferred.
At least three years of relevant work experience.
Previous experience in the retail or supermarket industry.
Willingness to work extended hours when required.
Ability to report to work on short notice.
Residency in Kimara or Mbezi is preferred.
Proficiency in accounting software and financial reporting.
Strong understanding of tax regulations and statutory compliance.
Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
