Wilmar Rice Tanzania Limited is currently looking for a professional Mechanical Supervisor to oversee operations in Morogoro Urban. The Mechanical Supervisor will be responsible for coordinating daily maintenance activities, implementing preventive strategies, and managing equipment health. Key Requirements
Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Automation, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of hands-on working experience in the industry.

Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings and CAD files.
Strong capabilities in personnel management and team leadership.
Deep understanding of preventive and predictive maintenance methodologies.
Skills in equipment fault analysis and continuous improvement techniques.
