We are looking for a skilled Chinese Translator to join our Quality Control Department. This role is pivotal in bridging communication between our Chinese management team and local staff, ensuring that production standards are met and management instructions are clearly understood. The successful candidate will play a key role in quality oversight and reporting.
Beyond translation, you will be responsible for supervising quality sorting teams, managing product inspections, and assisting in the resolution of quality complaints. This position offers a clear career path, providing mentorship from experienced managers with the potential to advance into roles such as Production Manager or Quality Control Supervisor within our Mafinga facility.

Key Requirements
HSK Level 4 or above proficiency
Chinese fluency for professional work
Bachelor's Degree in any field
At least one year of experience in a Chinese company
Willingness to work in a factory environment
Ability to supervise quality teams
Strong translation and interpretation skills
Proficiency in reporting and documentation
Excellent problem-solving skills
Effective communication skills in a multicultural setting
