WIH Tanzania Cement Limited is looking for two Vehicle Managers to oversee our fleet operations in Kigoma. This position involves direct management of vehicle dispatching, maintenance scheduling, and driver performance monitoring.
Candidates should possess a deep understanding of transport logistics and be capable of ensuring that all fleet activities comply with local Tanzanian traffic regulations. This is a critical leadership role that directly impacts the safety and efficiency of our logistics division.

Key Requirements
Expertise in vehicle dispatch and driver scheduling
Comprehensive knowledge of vehicle inspections and maintenance
Knowledgeable in Tanzanian traffic laws and regulations
Minimum 3 years experience in logistics fleet management
Strong leadership and decision-making skills
Ability to optimize fleet utilization
Familiarity with preventive maintenance schedules
Experience managing driver logs and safety records
Effective communication with technical and transport staff
Proficiency in reporting and administrative oversight
