CONTROL ROOM OPERATOR 5 POST @ WIH TANZANIA CEMENT LIMITED
WIH Tanzania cement limited is seeking a dedicated Control Room Operator to manage and monitor our cement production processes. The successful candidate will ensure that all machinery and production lines are functioning optimally, maintaining safety standards and quality control protocols throughout the manufacturing operations. This role is based in Kigoma Urban and requires a professional who can handle technical systems with precision and efficiency. The compensation for this role is TZS 700,000 per month. We are looking for individuals who are detail-oriented and can thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, contributing to the overall output goals of the company.
Key Requirements
2 years of proven working experience in a relevant field
Competency in computer operations and systems
Diploma or Degree in IT or a related engineering field
Ability to work in a high-pressure manufacturing environment
Strong understanding of industrial safety protocols
Excellent communication skills for shift reporting
Ability to interpret technical data and production metrics
Knowledge of cement production equipment
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Willingness to work rotating shifts as required
