Key Requirements
Assist in sourcing candidates via major job boards
Schedule interviews and coordinate logistics with candidates
Screen resumes against specific job qualifications and criteria
Maintain organized recruitment records and applicant documentation
Help in organizing and executing campus recruitment drives
Communicate professionally with candidates regarding application status
Support senior recruiters in daily administrative tasks
Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate interest
Participate actively in team meetings and brainstorming sessions
Learn and use Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) effectively
