Key Requirements
Minimum of a Certificate or higher in any academic field.
Demonstrated hardworking attitude and commitment to excellence.
Proven ability to work effectively without constant supervision.
Strong report writing skills to document site operations and inspections.
Proficiency in site supervision and conducting quality inspections.
Flexibility and willingness to work across various locations in Zanzibar, including Unguja and Pemba.
Excellent team player with the ability to collaborate with diverse staff.
Effective communication skills in both written and spoken language.
Strong leadership and people management capabilities.
Foundational knowledge in Real Estate Management or Professional Housekeeping is an added advantage.
