SALES & MARKETING OFFICER @ WHISTLING WOODS
We are looking for a creative and results-oriented Sales and Marketing Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving occupancy, managing our digital presence, and building relationships with guests, agents, and corporate clients across our property portfolio.
Key responsibilities for this role include developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies designed to drive bookings and increase occupancy across all properties. The officer will also manage all social media platforms, content creation, and digital marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility. Building and maintaining strong relationships with travel agents, corporate clients, and booking partners is crucial. Additionally, the role involves monitoring performance metrics, preparing regular marketing and sales reports, coordinating property launches and promotional events, and responding to guest inquiries and reviews professionally across all platforms.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or digital marketing roles.
Proficiency in design tools such as Canva, Meta Business Suite, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Demonstrated experience in managing Online Travel Agency (OTA) platforms.
Proven photography or content creation skills.
Strong ability to develop and implement effective marketing strategies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building client relationships.
Experience in managing social media platforms and executing digital marketing campaigns.
Ability to analyze performance metrics and prepare comprehensive sales and marketing reports.
Capacity to coordinate property launches, promotional events, and brand visibility initiatives.
